  • Prepare accurate, timely, and complete customer proposals and cost estimates.
  • Support global sales efforts by prioritizing customer requests and providing timely, technically sound, and commercially aligned responses to client inquiries.
  • Lead or assist sales representatives and agents during client engagements to ensure technical credibility and alignment with customer requirements.
  • Interface directly with customers to present solutions, conduct technical discussions, and build long-term relationships.
  • Analyze customer and market data to recommend value-based pricing and configuration adjustments that enhance profitability and competitiveness.
  • Update and maintain quotation tools, design templates, and process documentation to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Identify and recommend product improvements or innovations based on technical evaluation, field performance and customer needs.
  • Support troubleshooting and field service activities to resolve performance or fabrication issues.
Knowledge and Skills

  • Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously in various proposal and execution stages.
  • Familiarity with refining and chemical processes preferred.
  • Knowledge of API, ASTM, and related fabrication codes is desirable.
  • Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while coordinating across functions.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 20–25% for customer and vendor visits.
