Senior Contracts Manager

Leidos is hiring an experienced Senior Contracts Manager for the Decision Advantaged Solution Business Area within the National Security Sector. The role supports research, development and production of cutting‑edge technology and reports to the Contracts Director.

• Oversee and evaluate major proposals and monitor major contracts.
• Recommend and implement solutions to achieve functional objectives and resolve complex contractual/customer issues.
• Resolve performance issues, identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Leidos policies while developing and maintaining excellent customer relationships.
• Operate independently while collaborating with programs, contracts, procurement, finance, project control, legal and export control teams.
• Lead review and analysis of Request for Proposals (RFPs) to identify and mitigate contract risks.
• Negotiate teaming agreements, nondisclosure agreements, license agreements and OCI mitigation plans.

• TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
• BA degree with 12+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• In‑depth knowledge of all contract types (e.g., T&M, FFP, Cost‑Plus).
• Working knowledge of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and/or the National Geospatial‑Intelligence Agency (NGA); experience with other intelligence agencies is a plus.
• Proven ability to solicit and process complex information to solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers.
• Experience with teaming agreements, nondisclosure agreements and other legal instruments; strong background in Federal Acquisition Regulations.
• Travel may be required.
