Location: St. Louis
Dispatcher (Control Room Operator) job at Explore St. Louis. Saint Louis, MO.
Responsibilities- Maintain security and safety of our facility.
- Monitor control room equipment.
- Respond to alarms.
- Document incidents.
- Handle conflicts.
- Computer proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
- Demonstrated ability to multi‑task and effectively communicate information to Public Safety and building staff.
- Initiate work orders and incident reports.
- Dependable and flexible to work all shifts as required, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
- Strong communication skills and ability to make quick decisions.
