, a Chicago‑based upscale, tech‑infused mini golf experience that blends world‑class food, a full bar, and innovative game technology to provide a fun, tech‑centric entertainment venue.

The Game Ambassador greets guests with a warm welcome on the courses, checks in reservations, explains rules, answers questions, and troubleshoots issues to ensure an exciting Puttshack game experience.

Our venues open 7 days a week, typically 11 am-1 am with variations. All positions w/ variable schedules: 15-30 hours per week depending on business needs and availability.

• Bring your 'A' Game each day
• Assist with general cleanliness of kiosks, game courses, and guest services area
• Assist guests with checking in game play, answering questions, and guiding them throughout the course
• Ensure all courses, golf balls, and other equipment in proper working order
• Troubleshoot small issues on the course and elevate to management
• Maintain pace sufficient to keep up with varying guest visits
• Comply with safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures
• Take direction and be a team player
• Follow all rules, policies, procedures, and conditions of employment, including those outlined in the Associate Handbook
• Other projects or duties as assigned, including side‑work, opening, and closing duties

• Must be 18+ years of age to apply
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, or related field
• Passion for games and technology
• High standards of guest service
• Good communication skills and ability to problem solve
• Friendly and upbeat demeanor when interacting with guests and team members
• Safely and effectively communicate to perform and follow job requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift and move safely through all areas of the venue, which may include stairs, uneven or slick surfaces
• Ability to move and lift up to 10 pounds frequently, and occasionally move and lift up to 30 pounds
• Work in confined, crowded space with high noise levels and various temperature levels
