Location: St. Louis

Cashier Attendant – Draft Kings at Casino Queen

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service and managing cash operations at the casino front counter. This is a full‑time position.

Base Pay

$15.00 per hour

Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a smile, kindness, courtesy, and industry knowledge.
  • Take guest orders, expedite transactions, and manage a clean, organized workstation.
  • Operate the point‑of‑sales system accurately, ring service items, and keep a balanced cash bank.
  • Maintain product knowledge of all casino offerings.
  • Adhere to cash handling policies, state alcohol laws, and internal controls.
  • Participate in departmental and company meetings.
  • Communicate guest service opportunities and report product shortages or issues to management.
  • Serve food/drink, seat guests, buss tables, run food/drink, and perform side work as needed.
  • Keep work areas properly stocked, clean, safe, and organized.
  • Follow attendance policies and other handbook rules.
  • Prioritize needs and manage resources effectively.
  • Report safety hazards, problems, or maintenance issues promptly.
  • Ensure all steps of service meet guests’ needs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of cash handling experience in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Food handler certification.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Age 21 or older.
  • Basic mathematical skills.
  • Hepatitis A vaccination on or before first day of work.
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Clear written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Valid Illinois Gaming License, obtainable and maintainable.
