• Accurately write, verify, and pay tickets for sports wagers in accordance with departmental policies and jurisdictional gaming regulations.
• Maintain an assigned cash bank throughout the shift, ensuring accurate handling of payments and change.
• Ensure sports book stations are fully stocked and maintained in a clean and orderly conditionli>
• Process sports wagers and payouts in a timely and precise manner.
• Reconcile cash bank at the end of each shift, adhering to established cash-handling procedures.
• Clearly explain betting lines, odds, and wagering rules to guests.
• Comply with Title 31 and Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements.
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable assistance to guests, including information on property amenities and activities.
• Create and input player tracking cards.
• Promptly elevate guest concerns or suspicious activity to management.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all company and departmental matters.

• Proficient cash-handling skills; minimum six (6) months of cash-handling experience
• Ability to work as a team in a high-stress and high-volume environment and maintain attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic and frequently changing environment
• Ability to adhere to and execute established department policies and procedures
• Working knowledge of sports
• Basic math skills to calculate winnings based on odds
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent guest service skills
• Professional, neat, and well-groomed appearance adhering to department and company standards

$17.00 per hour + tokes
