• Adhere to departmental and property policies regarding guest service standards.
• Repair, maintain, and monitor the operating condition of slot machines.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic slot machine malfunctions with minimal guidance.
• Replace parts and circuit boards causing malfunctions; repair select circuit boards with assistance.
• Utilize shop machines to fabricate standard or routine parts.
• Maintain moderate to advanced skill levels in mechanical and electronic functions.
• Inspect, install, and remove slot machines.
• Maintain player‑tracking system and EZ Pay equipment.
• Complete all regulatory and company operational logs and forms accurately (e.g., slot machine meter logs, parts logs, conversion forms).
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.

• Minimum age 21 years.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• General understanding of computers.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent and literate in English.
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
• Collaborative and effective with guests and team members.
• Diplomatic and tactful conflict resolution.
• High energy and proactive approach to issues.
• Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
