SUMMARY:

** The Anheuser-Busch Tour Center delivers memorable tours and guest experiences highlighted by three National Landmarks - the Budweiser Clydesdales Stable, the Bevo Packaging Plant, and the historic Old Lyon Schoolhouse. As a Tour Guide you will get to understand the story and history to share with our guests.

* JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Deliver a company-approved presentation to large groups of guests, ensuring accurate and engaging storytelling.
* Serve in various host roles, including reception and front-desk support.
* Support and assist with special events and on-site programs.
* Provide guests with directions, information, and on-site assistance as needed.
* Respond to guest inquiries while delivering a welcoming, memorable customer experience.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism in all public-facing and customer service interactions.

* JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

*** Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Public speaking experience preferred.
* Ability to memorize and confidently deliver a detailed 10-15-page tour script.
* Must be dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional.
* Strong customer service and leadership skills.
* Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
* Ability to lift and carry boxes or inventory items up to 50 lbs.
