Finance & Administration Manager

For a well-established international manufacturing company, we are seeking a Finance & Administration Manager to join one of our U.S. production sites.

Reporting to the Regional leadership, the role will be responsible for overseeing financial, accounting, and administrative activities at the plant level, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with corporate standards.

• Oversee accounting operations and ensure accurate financial management
• Prepare P&L statements, financial reports, and budget forecasts
• Monitor financial performance against budget and support cost‑control initiatives
• Ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS and local statutory requirements
• Manage tax calculations, filings, and reporting deadlines
• Act as primary contact for external accountants, auditors, banks, and local authorities
• Support regional and global finance teams on financial analysis, cash flow, and optimization initiatives
• Oversee general administrative and office operations at the site level

• Solid experience in finance and accounting within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of GAAP; IFRS exposure is a plus
• Good understanding of taxation and corporate/commercial law
• Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Minimum 5 years in a senior accounting or finance role
• International mindset and ability to work with global stakeholders
