Join a dynamic, growth‑oriented enterprise at the next phase of growth. We’re seeking an IT Finance Manager to partner with both the Finance/FP&A and IT organizations. You’ll play a pivotal role ensuring that technology investments are financially sound, aligned with business strategies, and operationally optimized.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, manage and analyze the IT budget, ensuring alignment with our strategic roadmap and business objectives.
- Collaborate with IT leadership and ELT to evaluate technology investments (hardware, software, cloud, services), performing cost‑benefit and ROI assessments.
- Lead forecasting, monthly/quarterly financial close activities and variance analysis for the IT function.
- Design and maintain financial models for forecasting, scenario planning and “what‑if” analysis related to technology spend.
- Partner with procurement to ensure tech vendor contracts are financially structured, governed and compliant.
- Monitor cost allocation, chargeback and cost recovery models across IT services.
- Partner with finance controls, audit and compliance teams to ensure IT spend meets SOX, internal control and regulatory standards.
- Provide business insights and reporting on key IT financial metrics (e.g., total cost of ownership, cost per user/device, cloud spend, service‑cost ratios).
- Serve as a liaison between Finance, IT and business stakeholders, translating financial information into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Lead periodic reviews of IT financial processes, driving continuous improvement and automation where feasible.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting
- 4-5+ years of finance/business partnership experience in an IT or technology‑driven environment.
- Strong technical acumen: comfortable working with IT leaders on budget, forecasting and vendor financials.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools and advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP/financial systems
- Experience with capital planning, depreciation, and cost allocation for technology assets a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills: ability to bridge finance and technology teams, present financial insights clearly to non‑financial audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to operate in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience in retail services, brand execution or consumer goods sectors.
- Familiarity with cloud cost‑management (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS‑financial management.
- Demonstrated success automating financial reporting processes (e.g., via BI tools).
- MBA or advanced degree a plus.
