$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range.

Kforce's client, a dynamic and growing organization in Saint Louis, MO, is seeking a Staff Accountant specializing in Fixed Assets to join our team. The Staff Accountant is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of company assets, including capitalization, depreciation, and disposals. The role is scheduled as 100% on-site with flexibility on hours.

• Maintain the fixed asset subledger and record monthly depreciation
• Reconcile fixed assets to the general ledger
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Assist with audits and track capital expenditures
• Review asset documentation and collaborate with departments on asset purchases and projects
• Prepare internal financial reporting (monthly, quarterly, year-end, and ad hoc)
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
• Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
• Audit financial transactions and documents
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
• Complete special projects as assigned

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field
• 1+ years of experience as an Accountant (ideally 1-2+ years)
• Experience with Net Suite or similar accounting software is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills (including V-lookups and pivot tables)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and general ledger functions
• Good analytical skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Responsible, reliable, and able to work under pressure
