Highly organized and experienced real estate transaction manager to oversee all aspects of BRE real estate transactions from inception to completion within designated portion of BRE portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the real estate market, exceptional time management and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a demonstrated ability to communicate and coordinate with multiple cross functional stakeholders.

This role is critical in ensuring that BRE real estate transactions are completely efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with legal requirements and EDJ company standards.

• Bachelor's degree required and preferred advanced degree or certification in related field.
• Minimum 7 years of related work experience is preferred.
• Some travel may be required up to 25%.
• Candidate to have strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, superior negotiation skills, strong attention to detail, superior organization and time management skills, independent problem solving abilities, financial acumen, real estate acumen, financial analysis, technological proficiency, and client focused approach.
• This individual is responsible for the oversight of a complex process within a broad area and needs to have a depth of knowledge of principles and practices of all major aspects of Corporate Real Estate Transaction Management, including a working knowledge of related areas such as finance, accounting, construction management, project management, lease administration, operations, IS, etc.
• Ability to understand financial policies and procedures common in the corporate real estate industry.
• Membership in corporate/commercial real estate industry organization(s) is preferred, but not required.
