• Create comprehensive financial plans covering investments, retirement, taxes, and estate needs.
• Recommend tailored investment and tax-efficient strategies aligned with client goals.
• Support clients with retirement income projections, pension options, and long-term planning.
• Partner with legal, tax, and estate professionals to deliver fully integrated solutions.
• Evaluate risk and recommend insurance options when needed.
• Assist business owners with succession planning.
• Prepare clear, customized financial reports and client presentations.
• Stay current on regulations and maintain strict compliance standards.
• Build long-term client relationships with trust, communication, and expertise.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and certifications.

• CFP, CFA, CPA/PFS, or JD in estate/tax planning preferred.
• Series 65—or Series 7 + 66—required within 60 days if no CFP/CFA.
• CFP or CFA required within 3 years if not already held.
• Strong client-facing skills and an eagerness to learn quickly.
• Background in tax, accounting, or legal work is a major plus.
