Credit Analyst

You won’t be stuck behind spreadsheets all day—you’ll work closely with loan officers, senior credit professionals, and executive management, learning the St. Louis market from the ground up.

• Perform financial analysis and risk ratings on commercial loan requests
• Support loan committee preparation through credit reviews and documentation analysis
• Ensure loans comply with internal credit policy and regulatory standards
• Communicate with lenders to address documentation, collateral, or credit concerns
• Help monitor portfolio performance, risk classifications, and policy exceptions
• Participate in credit committee and department meetings
• Assist with portfolio reporting, audits, and special projects

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
• 1+ years of experience in credit or financial analysis preferred (internships count!)
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
• A collaborative mindset and desire to grow into new responsibilities
• Interest in community banking and the St. Louis business landscape
