Mortgage Loan Processor

Mortgage Processor – join Solomon Edwards, a nationwide mortgage lender, to review daily loan applications ensuring accuracy and compliance.

• Perform complex data and document validation
• Troubleshoot third‑party orders (title, appraisal, hazard, flood cert, credit, etc.)
• Handle more complex calls, emails, or chat sessions
• Complete appraisal eligibility tasks
• Evaluate loan applications for compliance with product guidelines
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned
• Demonstrate behaviors aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Financial Services and, if possible, mortgage industry experience preferred
• General understanding of applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations

Salary range: $23/hr W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the selected candidate.
