Wealth Coordinator - Financial Firm - St. Louis, MO
Advisor Talent Solutions
Pay Range: $60,000 – $60,000 per year.
Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday (On-site).
Job Overview:
A full-time Wealth Coordinator who will serve as a liaison between Operations, Financial Planning Departments, and New Business to support Advisors through the 5‑meeting Consultative Process.
Minimum Requirements:
- Desire to work long‑term in the financial industry.
- 1–2 years of office experience in a fast‑paced environment.
- Industry knowledge/experience preferred.
- Experience with MS Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
Required Skills:
- Effective communication with clients, advisors, and staff.
- Significant familiarity with financial markets and firm’s investment philosophy.
- Ability to keep an organized account of client needs and objectives.
- Prioritization and deadline‑driven work environment.
- Time‑management skills.
- Understanding of operational policies and procedures.
Position Responsibilities:
- Check files prior to client meetings and confirm all documents are ready.
- Greet clients and escort them to the conference room while engaging in brief conversation.
- Take detailed notes during meetings and update/add action items in a timely manner.
- Prepare Rollover Analysis for each new qualified account transition, determine client’s best interest, and obtain Advisor approval.
- When applicable, prepare compliance forms during initial recommendation of insurance products.
- Familiarize yourself with the Four‑Bucket Strategy for investment expectations.
- Act as liaison and first point of contact between departments to ensure seamless transition to Wheelhouse.
- Resolve and handle client concerns within 1–2 business days.
- Document CRM system with notes and client communication.
- Proactively identify and resolve prospective client pain points while delivering exceptional customer service.
