Cash Application Analyst

Cash Application Analyst at ACERTUS – Join our automotive logistics team. The role focuses on retrieving remittance advice and applying cash while ensuring company policies and procedures compliance and continuous process improvement.

Schedule

Monday – Friday 8:00am–5:00pm

Pay
: $21/hour

• Ensure all cash receipts are applied promptly and accurately for multiple subsidiaries with emphasis on Amerifleet Transportation.
• Maintain policies and procedures for cash application processes to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
• Conduct regular audits of cash applications to ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Finance, Accounts Receivable, and other departments to resolve payment discrepancies and improve cash application processes.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in cash application or accounts receivable management.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to cash application.
• Proficiency using ERP systems (e.g., Net Suite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products – specifically Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
