Senior Counsel

The Senior Counsel is responsible for assisting with all investment closings and any other routine internal legal work. The Project Manager role requires strong coordination with internal legal counsel and external advisors to ensure timely and accurate closings. This role will involve extensive review of legal documents and a sophisticated understanding of structured debt and complex commercial real estate transactions. This full-time position reports to the Managing Partner and is located in St.

Louis, Missouri.

• Proactively manage and coordinate all aspects of investment closings, including document review and transaction logistics.
• Collaborate with internal and external parties to prepare closing documentation.
• Maintain detailed records of transaction progress and ensure alignment with investor debt structures.
• Support underwriting and due diligence processes for new investments.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across originations, legal, finance, and asset management teams.

• Degree in Law, Business, Real Estate or related field
• 4+ years of experience in transaction management, investment operations, or legal support
• Familiarity with real estate finance and structured debt
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
