We are looking for an Investor Services Senior to join our Fund Administration group in one of our West, Sunbelt, Midwest, or Northeast offices.

Job Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for investor services aspect of client relationships and service delivery
  • Perform review of investor subscription documents for completeness and follow up as necessary
  • Process and disseminate investor capital activity documents
  • Perform KYC/AML review of investor subscription documents
  • Ability to review and understand offering documents, such as LPA and PPM, of private equity funds
  • Work with various software platforms to lead the setup and management of investor portals
  • Identify areas for creating operational efficiencies and complete special projects as needed
  • Liaise with internal fund administration team and lead Investor Services aspect of client meetings
  • Train and develop other team members
Job Requirements
  • 3 years’ experience in Investor Services or related field
  • Experience with a fund administrator preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is required. (Combination of experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.)
  • Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred.
