**** Duties and Responsibilities
*** Manage a team of energy infrastructure analysts responsible for project intake, initial underwriting and due diligence for assessing the fit for applicable investors
* Validate financial models for utility scale and distributed renewable energy projects including revenue structure, reasonableness of the expenses and certain economic schedules
* Engage with sell side bankers and brokers to source and onboard new deal origination and initial diligence
* Ensure Investment Committee proposals address all requirements for the appropriate phase of approvals
* Lead all pipeline management efforts and partner with investor team to rank opportunities for investors
* Build investment presentations and present those to the RJREI investment committee
* Keep current on markets and trends affecting all credit eligible asset classes
* Working with the Transaction Team, develop initial economic proposals for select opportunities
* Draft and deliver presentations for investors, capital providers, borrowers and joint venture partners
* Analyze market risk factors and pricing
* Support initiatives to help the business in achieving its strategic objectives
* Represent RJREI at select conferences
* Travel for conferences and other business requirements (
