What You'll Be DoingThe Payment Operations Specialist I supports the daily execution of payment processing activities, including transaction handling, reconciliations, and customer support. This role emphasizes accuracy, compliance, and adherence to operational procedures while contributing to the overall efficiency of the payment operations team.
What We're Looking For- Process various payment types (ACH, RTP, etc.) in accordance with established procedures.
- Perform daily reconciliations and assist in identifying discrepancies.
- Support resolution of payment issues and failed transactions.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding payment status and procedures.
