This PGY2 infectious diseases () residency program strives to develop high achieving pediatric infectious diseases clinical pharmacists. This resident will benefit from a comprehensive training structure offering both pediatric and adult experiences, preceptorship by multiple board-certified s across St. Louis Children's Hospital (SLCH) and Barnes-Jewish Hospital (BJH), and a strong partnership with the Division of Pediatric Infectious Diseases and the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP) team.
SLCH is integrated into a large, collaborative academic campus with a shared microbiology lab, interconnected hospitals, and system-wide ASP support across BJC Health Care. Teaching, research, and clinical opportunities exist that will develop both clinical and leadership capabilities.
