On Call Coordinator

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is adding an After-Hours On Call Coordinator to our St. Louis, Mo Team!

Job Duties:

• 5pm-8am Monday through Friday and 24 hours Saturday and Sunday.
• Represent Phoenix Home Care and the After-hours On Call department in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Develop and maintains relationships with clients by providing high quality customer service.
• Responsible for all communication with clients and staff after normal office hours on weekdays, weekends, or observed holidays.
• Respond to all after hours worker injury calls and refers employee to appropriate medical facility for treatment.
• Must work well in fast paced environment and adapt quickly to changing conditions
• Oversee all field staff and re-staff as necessary when the main office is closed
• Be available to take calls as directed by the Manager

• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Prior scheduling experience preferred
• Multi-tasker a must
• Great phone etiquette
• Must be organized
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Education/Licensure:
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Will train the right candidate!
