Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Interventional Radiology team in St. Louis, MO. This position is Monday‑Friday with no on‑call or weekends. PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Perform physical assessments/examinations.
- Assess and counsel patients and obtain medical histories.
- Monitor patient adherence to protocols.
- Coordinate screening for research studies.
- Collect and record data per research requirements and guidelines.
- Develop and implement adherence plans used with protocols.
- Bills for professional services as permitted by the collaborative practice agreement.
- Interpret diagnostic test results for deviations from normal.
- Prescribe therapy or medication with physician approval.
- Administer or order diagnostic tests, such as x‑ray, electrocardiogram and laboratory test.
- Perform therapeutic procedures, such as injections, immunizations, suturing and wound care and infection management.
- Provide physicians with assistance during surgery or complicated medical procedures.
- Enhance professional growth and development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in‑service meetings and workshops.
- Maintain established departmental policies and procedures, objective quality assurance programs, safety, environmental and infection control standards.

- Physician Assistant – Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation
- Physician Assistant – Missouri Division of Professional Registration
No specific work experience is required for this position.

Required Qualifications- Current PA licensure to practice in the state of Missouri and/or Illinois, depending on location, or ability to obtain within 3 months of date of hire.
- Certain/additional certifications may be necessary based on area of specialty.
- Basic Life Support certification (online or in‑person; skills assessment required).
