Clinical Pharmacist

Are you a licensed pharmacist looking for a new adventure? We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Float Pharmacist to join our Siteman Pharmacy team. The individual will play a crucial role in three primary workflows at a NCCN/NCI Comprehensive Cancer Center:
Ambulatory Infusion, Investigational Drug Services, and Specialty Retail. This position requires a pharmacist licensed in both Illinois and Missouri.

Role Purpose

Assess, monitor, initiate and modify medication use according to patient condition and age specific criteria. Ensure prompt and accurate medication preparation and dispensing. Prevent, direct and resolve medication-related issues. Supervise and direct supportive personnel. Counsel and educate to promote optimal drug therapy. Direct and assist in the procurement, storage, distribution and disposal of medications.
