The Care Assistant provides resident care and report to clinical team members.

• The Care Assistant performs and/or assists in general care and services for residents as outlined in care plans.

• Must be able to read, write and communicate in English
• Must be able to observe and report resident status and implement care plans
• BLS Certification.

$2.25 - 2.50 shift differential for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

Nazareth Living Center is looking for Full-Time/Part-Time/PRN Care Assistants and CNA's on day, evening, or night shift.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be in good standing on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity
• Must have good communication skills
