Phlebotomist II - Saint Louis, MO
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (rotational weekends)
Pay range: $19.31+ per hour. Salary offers consider skills, training, experience, education, certifications, and market factors. Eligible for annual performance bonus.

- Collect specimens per established procedures (drug screens, biometrics, insurance exams, etc.)
- Administer oral solutions per training
- Research test/client information and verify orders using lab technology systems and contact tools
- Navigate a computer and enter data accurately
- Obtain identification, enter billing info, and collect payments per corporate policies
- Process specimens (label, centrifuge, aliquot, freeze, prepare for transport)
- Perform non-patient duties: inventory, supplies, sanitizing, filing, answering phones, using email
- Read and comply with departmental policies, protocols, and procedures
- Assist with compiling and submitting statistics and data
- Maintain phlebotomy logs (maintenance logs, temperature logs)
- Complete online and in-person training courses on time
- 3 years phlebotomy (pediatric, geriatric, capillary)
- Keyboard/data entry experience
- Flexible and available for staffing needs (weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime)
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record (if applicable)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical aid or paramedic training preferred
- Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
Position requires effective English communication.
