Missouri Baptist Medical Center – Physician Services Assistant

Missouri Baptist Hospital has an opening for a Physician Services Assistant. This position supports Directors within the Physician Services and Diagnostic Services teams.

Base Pay Range

$20.17/hr – $33.51/hr

Additional Information About the Role

Ideal candidates will have experience in meeting scheduling and preparation and be comfortable with the MS Office Suite including Excel and Power Point.

40 hours a week – Monday to Friday 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Overview

Missouri Baptist Medical Center, an acute care hospital in St. Louis County, offers a full continuum of medical and surgical services. The hospital has a 24‑hour adult emergency department and cares for pediatric patients at a separate emergency department in collaboration with St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

Preferred Qualifications

Assist with the coordination of the Continuing Medical Education (CME) program ensuring Missouri State Medical Association (MSMA) accreditation is maintained.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative support for the program, ensuring compliance for MBMC related to contracts, physician expense tracking (STARK compliance), and Medical Director/Chief timesheets.
  • Provide administrative support for multiple Directors and multiple PSAs.
  • Coordinate and assist with events including physician and employee events.
  • Coordinate and administer all administrative activities for the Medical Staff Association.
  • Coordinate continuing medical education for physicians.

Education

High School Diploma or GED
