Concessions Manager – Levy Restaurants
Levy Restaurants, a leader in sports and entertainment hospitality, is seeking an experienced Concessions Manager to lead our hourly team, ensure quality standards, and deliver a memorable guest experience.
Job SummaryAs a Concessions Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our hourly team members to provide a warm welcome and delicious food to our guests. The ideal candidate will be an experienced operations leader who is focused on people and quality standards.
Responsibilities- Ensuring all stations are set up and ready for events
- Supporting recruitment and training of team members in standard operating procedures
- Supervising operations during the event and troubleshooting as needed
- Overseeing service standards during events to ensure high guest experience
- Managing and resolving guest complaints
- Working with colleagues to continuously improve operational performance
- Completing point of sale updates and maintenance checks
- Regular equipment maintenance
- Managing loss prevention activities and overseeing nightly Goods Out of Stock procedure
- Working in partnership with other departments for requisition and product transfer completion
- Ensuring food safety and sanitation practices and standards are followed
- Ensuring compliance with Payment Card Information rules
- Implementing concessions production sheet to ensure accurate production and minimal wastage
- Conducting progressive coaching with team members
- Re-stocking concessions and bars to maximize event readiness
- Ensuring alcohol service signage and Responsible Service of Alcohol protocols are followed
- Holding pre‑shift meetings to set the tone for events
- Managing location "Keys to the Future" activities to develop future leaders
- NPO Group management, communication, and recruitment
- Ensuring accurate end‑of‑month inventory completion
- Managing incidents/accidents with reporting procedures
- Managing team member scheduling in line with demand forecasts
- Verifying payroll and entering gratuities
- Subcontractor communications and paperwork completion
- Completing events walks of the building
- Supporting other properties and departments as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- 2+ years experience in a food and beverage operational position
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration preferred
- High level of computer literacy
- Passion for hospitality, food, and retail
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and some travel
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods in all weather conditions
