Position Summary
Our team seeks a Talent Acquisition Analyst / Coordinator to help shape our early talent strategy. This role blends data-driven insights with programmatic hiring initiatives, splitting time between early talent programs and Talent Acquisition reporting & analytics. The position offers an excellent opportunity for candidates at the start of a campus/university recruiting career to build strong analytical skills in a hybrid environment (3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute internships and early career programs.
- Support candidate engagement, communications, scheduling, onboarding, and pipeline management to ensure a high-quality candidate experience.
- Collaborate with the program manager to track & analyze recruiting activity, intern conversion rates, program performance, university partnerships, and related metrics.
- Maintain relationships with universities and external partners.
- Represent the company at campus events, career fairs, virtual info sessions, and internship program activities (some travel may be required).
- Drive initiatives to improve intern conversion and entry-level hiring outcomes.
- Collaborate with Talent Operations, HR, recruiters, and business leaders.
- Collect, analyze, and report on TA metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, diversity, etc.).
- Maintain dashboards and provide insights to improve recruiting processes.
- Identify trends and recommend process improvements based on data.
- Ensure data accuracy across applicant tracking systems and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or data visualization tools.
- Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Interest in talent acquisition and early career development.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Ability to work and commute out of Focus’ St. Louis office.
- Candidates must have permanent authorization to work in the U.S.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR reporting tools.
- Familiarity with campus recruiting or internship programs.
- Knowledge of data analysis and process optimization.
The Analyst, Talent Programs is an exempt position. The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $55,000 – $65,000/year; actual base pay could vary based on experience, subject matter expertise, geographic location, and skill set. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
