Recruiting Coordinator

You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting passive and active highly qualified candidates for assigned openings, building relationships and acting as an account manager to our internal clients. You will learn and understand our competitive market, competition, and unique culture advantages, guide, support, and coordinate through the interview process, and validate the ability to both perform the duties required and the cultural fit of potential new employees.

This may include, but is not limited to, searching, recruiting, scheduling, interviewing, placing advertisements, and networking. The Recruiting Coordinator will also write offer letters and job descriptions, prepare meeting materials, make complex travel arrangements, conduct reference checks, assist in new hire orientations and onboarding, manage the recruiting database, and support the college recruiting program.

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, Business, or related major.
• Demonstrated experience using CRM/applicant tracking systems is highly preferred.
• Friendly disposition and genuinely care for and like people is a must.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Programs.
• Adaptable and consistently and positively contribute in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
• Very high organization and multi-task capability.
• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
