Main responsibilities:

• Reconfigure designs of how a catalog should look like.
• 10+ month contract with extension or conversion to FTE.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and solutions within Service Now, aligning with business requirements.
• Develop and maintain workflows, including those for HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and ITIL processes like Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Integrate the Service Now platform with other systems using web services and APIs.
• Troubleshoot and debug platform issues, ensuring data integrity and security.
• Create and manage service portal pages and widgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement process improvements.
• Participate in and lead testing efforts, including creating test plans and performing regression testing.
• Manage the transfer of code using update sets and support the maintenance and upgrades of the platform.

Qualifications and skills

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is often required.
• Experience: Several years of hands‑on experience with the Service Now platform is typical, with a focus on development and administration. Specific experience in ITOM (Event Management, Service Mapping)

Technical

Skills:

• Proficiency with Service Now development tools like Studio, Flow Designer, and integrations (SOAP).
• Experience with ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request).
• Knowledge of development/test/production environments and update set deployment.
• Certifications: Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/OR Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
