Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Scrum Master.

Do you have experience leading Agile teams and facilitating Scrum ceremonies?

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Removing impediments and fostering team productivity.
• Coaching team members on Agile principles and best practices.
• Encouraging continuous improvement across delivery cycles.

• 3–5 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong facilitation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Scrum and Agile principles.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification.
• Experience supporting hybrid Agile/Waterfall transitions.

$49.70 – $71.00 /hr.
