Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of experience as a Data Modeler or Data Architect.
- Strong hands-on experience with IBM UDMH in a healthcare environment.
- Expertise in ER modeling tools.
- Strong SQL skills and understanding of relational, dimensional, and normalized modeling techniques.
- Experience with healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR, ICD, CPT, etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
- Strong communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure, GCP).
- Exposure to big data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark).
- Data governance and master data management (MDM) experience.
