We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Solutions Consultant to serve as a vital link between our internal teams and external clients. This role focuses on understanding how internal teams can leverage our Justice Data within the Total Verify Data Hub (an internal collection of data assets) and then effectively evangelizing the power of Justice Data & the Total Verify Data to key external organizations, including, Public Safety Organizations, Background Screeners, Tenant Screeners, and Employers.

The initial focus of this role supports the growth of Justice data assets including record and court management data supply evangelism and growth. You will be responsible for driving adoption and understanding of our data assets, ensuring our solutions meet market needs, in partnership with cross functional product managers while contributing to significant business growth.

This position requires being based in St. Louis, Atlanta, or Louisville and follows a hybrid work schedule, working in the office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with the option to work remotely on Monday and Friday.

What You'll Do:

• Internal Team Collaboration & Data Hub Expertise:
• Work closely with internal product, technology, and sales teams to deeply understand the capabilities and potential applications of Justice data inclusive within the Total Verify Data Hub.
• Identify and articulate how various internal teams can best utilize the data assets within Justice Data & the Total Verify Data Hub to enhance their offerings and achieve strategic objectives.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Justice Data & the Total Verify Data Hub, providing guidance and insights to internal stakeholders.

• External Evangelism & Client Engagement:
• Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations to external clients, including Background Screeners, Tenant Screeners, Employers, and Public Safety Organizations, showcasing the value and power of Total Verify Data.
• Translate complex data concepts into clear, concise, and impactful messages tailored to specific client needs and use cases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, understanding their pain points and demonstrating how Total Verify Data can address them.
• Gather market feedback from external clients to inform internal product development and data enhancement strategies.
• Solution Development & Strategic Alignment:
• Collaborate with product management to identify new opportunities for leveraging Total Verify Data in existing and new solutions.
• Contribute to the development of solution roadmaps that align with market demands and the capabilities of the Total Verify Data Hub.
• Assist in creating business cases for new data-driven product concepts, articulating their value proposition to both internal and external audiences.
• Communication, Collaboration & Influence:
• Clearly and effectively communicate the vision and value of Total Verify Data to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive leadership and external clients.
• Foster strong, collaborative relationships across internal departments and with external partners to ensure successful data utilization and solution adoption.
• Act as a primary evangelist for Total Verify Data, championing its capabilities and potential both internally and externally.
• Influence and guide stakeholders without direct authority, leveraging technical expertise and strategic insights.

• 5+ Years experience in Public Safety, Background Screening, Tenant Screening
• 3+ Years in Background Screening or other Data Solutions that leverage data across the Criminal Justice Process
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 7-10 years of progressive experience in solutions consulting, product management, or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully driving adoption of data-driven solutions.
• Strong analytical and sophisticated critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives and strategic recommendations.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, storytelling, and executive presentation skills. Ability to communicate difficult concepts and influence others to adopt a different point of view.
• Proven ability to work effectively and lead in a cross-functional and highly matrixed team environment.
• Passion for technology and innovation, with a focus on leveraging data to solve complex business problems.
• Demonstrated resilience, ability to thrive in ambiguity, and navigate complexity.
