This role is responsible for the development and management of the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) in alignment with ITIL best practices. Candidates should have extensive experience in CMDB management, IT asset management, and ITIL framework applications. An active TS/SCI clearance and certification in ITIL Foundations are highly preferred.
The position supports continuous improvement through data analysis and effective collaboration with IT teams.
