Do you have a passion for collaboration and enabling the technologies that connect us? Do you have experience discovering, designing, and implementing robust SharePoint / Microsoft 365 solutions? Do you have a proven background and knowledge of SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and the overall Microsoft 365 technology stack? Do you desire to be a part of a dynamic team tasked with producing solutions that empower the business?

Edward Jones is seeking an experienced and talented individual to help in the development and expansion of SharePoint Online and Power Automate. The ideal candidate is highly motivated to innovate and partner with key stakeholders to enable an increasingly mobile and collaborative workforce. As a developer on the Tech Collaboration Development team, you will help co‑create and forge the enterprise SharePoint and Power Platform strategy and roadmap, providing a highly available environment that aligns with industry best practices and a premium user experience.

• Actively lead and support the build out of SharePoint modern team and communication sites in SharePoint Online
• Lead the design and development of business solutions leveraging SharePoint, Power Automate, and/or Power Apps
• Provide technical experience in the planning and execution of the enterprise SharePoint strategy
• Maintain highly available systems, quickly triage any user impacting event
• Partner with key vendors and areas across the firm to provide appropriate technology solutions
• Support the user community through direct communication and high touch interactions
• Provide technical mentorship to internal stakeholders, peers, and junior associates; align development and deliverables with the firm’s strategic direction

Hiring Minimum: $84,100

Hiring Maximum: $143,100
