Overview
We’re looking for AWS Connect Engineers with 5+ years of experience to develop and support cloud-based contact center solutions using Amazon Connect and AWS services. Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities- Configure Amazon Connect—queues, routing, users, and access controls.
- Build and optimize IVR/contact flows using AWS Lambda.
- Support CCP integrations and custom extensions.
- Implement and manage Contact Lens for insights and QA.
- Integrate Connect with AWS services (S3, Dynamo
DB, API Gateway). - Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability.
- Maintain documentation and work closely with cross‑functional teams.
- 5+ years of experience with Amazon Connect or contact center engineering.
- Hands‑on expertise with IVR flows, Lambda integrations, routing, and telephony basics.
- Strong understanding of Contact Lens and CCP customization.
- Experience with AWS services: S3, Dynamo
DB, Cloud Watch, IAM. - Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Healthcare domain experience.
- AWS certification.
- CRM/CTI integration experience (Salesforce, Service Now).
