As a Hyperautomation Solution Designer/Architect, you will be the bridge between complex business needs and cutting‑edge automation capabilities.

• Process Transformation:
  Proactively identify and analyze complex processes across the organization to determine suitability for AI and automation, uncovering hidden improvement opportunities.
• Blueprint Creation:
  Map current and future state workflows, translating intricate operations into clear, actionable designs.
• Intelligent Agent Design:
  Define AI agent requirements and behavior, detailing how intelligent systems will interact with processes and data to achieve desired outcomes.
• Feasibility & Value Assessment:
  Conduct thorough ROI assessments for proposed hyperautomation solutions, ensuring significant business value.
• Integrated Solution Design:
  Architect comprehensive, integrated solutions that blend various automation technologies to create end‑to‑end intelligent workflows.
• Security & AI Governance:
  Guide the AI, ML, and hyperautomation portfolio through security and compliance approvals, enabling engineering teams and ensuring a secure‑by‑design approach.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of solutions architecture experience.
• Process Expertise:
  Advanced business process analysis (BPA) and BPMN skills.

• AI Requirements Engineering experience translating business needs into detailed AI/ML specifications.
• Deep understanding of AI and LLM capabilities and limitations.
• Demonstrated expertise in holistic solution design.
• Strong analytical skills for cost‑benefit analysis.
• Exceptional communication skills bridging technical teams and stakeholders.
