Senior Node.js Developer

Overview

We are seeking a Senior Node.js Developer to lead backend development for security and vulnerability remediation programs. The ideal candidate has strong Node.js expertise, experience working with security teams, and exposure to healthcare environments.

• Develop and enhance Node.js services supporting vulnerability management and remediation workflows
• Build secure, scalable APIs and automation for scanning, reporting, and patching processes
• Partner with security, Dev Ops, and infrastructure teams to triage and resolve high-risk vulnerabilities
• Implement secure coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive best practices
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and monitoring in cloud environments
• Produce technical documentation and support cross-functional teams during incident response

• 6–10+ years of backend development experience with deep expertise in Node.js
• Strong knowledge of security fundamentals
  , vulnerability management, and API security
• Experience integrating with scanners, SIEM, or security platforms (e.g., Qualys, Tenable, Splunk)
• Hands‑on experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred)
• Solid understanding of microservices, REST APIs, CI/CD, and containerization
• Strong debugging, performance tuning, and problem‑solving abilities

• Healthcare industry experience (HIPAA, PHI handling, secure healthcare workflows)
• Exposure to Dev Sec Ops  and automated security pipelines
