Our client is seeking an IT Infrastructure Project Manager to join their team in St. Louis, Missouri! This role is responsible for continued operation (day to day activities) of all site hardware, software, telecommunications, and associated equipment and products, network maintenance, network infrastructure, telecommunications, software licensing, asset tracking and compliance for assigned sites. This team work 4 days onsite.

• Responsible for facilitating all IT Infrastructure support and delivery for assigned sites across the regional hub. Sites can include corporate, remote, research, commercial or manufacturing
• Partner with internal IT and external vendors to facilitate the site transformation needs
• Facilitate planning and overseeing delivery of major IT projects for the assigned sites
• Operational expert in the hub for business and IT transformation, global implementations, facilitate implementation of strategic projects and collaborating with IT and site business units for seamless execution
• Maintain regular connect and relationship with the assigned site business leads to ensure seamless site operations
• Collect and provide detailed site level information to generate visibility into all IT service costs for the hub (TCO), direct or in‑direct, and implement opportunities to streamline and consolidate spend
• Enable transfer to managed services vendors for the management of on/off‑shore support models; work within established governance models to facilitate engagement, escalations and deliver on projects for the sites
• Monitor and co‑ordinate in the retirement, upgrades and replacement of end‑of‑life infrastructure in the region
• Drive site asset inventory management capabilities by maximizing re‑use of equipment, decommissioning un‑usable assets rapidly, and maintaining lowest possible inventory levels while ensuring optimal service levels at the site
• Coordinate implementation of IT Infrastructure projects to support the regional sites, and monitor and maintain service quality internally and externally
• Communicate frequently with the site leads to assess needs for the sites, raise visibility of site challenges, plan for key business decisions that create an IT need and provide regular status on progress made
• Monitor and track all local IT Infrastructure assets used at the sites, including LAN/WAN, VPN, email, telephony, file servers, databases, firewalls, laptops, and mobile and data devices
• Track all regional site IT Assets. Comply with Procurement, Controllership, and HR policies
• Ensure execution of IT policies, standards, recommendations, remediation and procedures for all site IT hardware and software
• Facilitate resolution of critical IT Infrastructure support issues when needed

• 10+ years in IT in a technical role
• 5+ years experience in IT infrastructure
• Possess and demonstrate a sense of urgency in a high availability environment
• Strong collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage global vendors and work with local and global IT teams
• Experience managing an IT server room and all components contained within a plus
• Experience managing IT network service, backups, and firewalls a plus

The approximate pay range for this position is between $45.00 and $55.00
. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
