Operations Specialist II

Adaptive Solutions Group (ASG) is a premier provider of information technology personnel. We offer a variety of technical professionals available for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement opportunities across the region. We are currently seeking an Operations Specialist II to join our team.

• Monitor, troubleshoot and support core enterprise infrastructure, including network components and server‑related events
• Provide incident triage and resolution for technologies such as MPLS, LAN/WAN, transport, wireless data, and other network environments
• Use network monitoring tools and element management systems to diagnose and remotely address issues
• Support daily operational activities, including customer and vendor communication via phone and ticketing systems
• Implement software upgrades for network elements and participate in change management activities
• Coordinate with field operations personnel and dispatch field support or contractors as needed
• Open and manage tickets with equipment vendors and external carriers
• Assist with reporting, documentation and compliance activities related to operational standards and safety requirements
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain a strong, team-oriented environment

• 2 or more years of relevant experience in network operations or technical support
• Strong troubleshooting skills with network technologies
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced operational environment with high customer service expectations
• Comfortable working rotating 12‑hour shifts in a 24×7 environment
• Local availability for hybrid onsite and remote scheduling

• Associate degree in a related field
• Certifications such as CCNA, Network+, NRS1 or Security+
