AI Business Automations Developer Lead

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled AI and Business Automations Developer to drive innovation and efficiency across our organization. This role will be responsible for designing and implementing advanced automation solutions and leveraging AI technologies to optimize business processes, increase productivity, and deliver actionable insights for strategic decision-making.

• AI Integration & Automation

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions to automate complex business workflows.

• Implement agentic AI systems in a corporate environment to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making.

• Data Insights & Analytics

• Utilize AI models and machine learning techniques to analyze large datasets and extract key insights for business strategy.

• Build predictive models and recommendation systems to support data-driven decisions.

• Platform Development & Management

• Architect and maintain automation frameworks and AI platforms, ensuring scalability and security.

• Data privacy is a key requirement across all architectures.

• Cloud & Infrastructure

• Develop and deploy AI and automation solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Azure and other cloud environments.

• Optimize cloud resources for cost efficiency and performance.

• Leadership & Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities, prioritize, and deliver tailored solutions.

• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and best practices for AI adoption across the organization.

• Required:

• Proven experience implementing agentic AI solutions in an enterprise environment.

• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages for AI and automation development.

• Expertise in machine learning frameworks (Tensor Flow, PyTorch), automation tools (e.g., RPA platforms), and large language models.

• Solid understanding of data engineering, APIs, and integration patterns.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture and security best practices.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Preferred:

• Hands‑on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services (Vertex AI, Big Query, Cloud Functions, etc.).

• Familiarity with HIPAA HITECH and Data Privacy Regulations

• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across technical and non-technical teams.
