Job Summary:

Role Overview

The Boomi Architect will lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade integration solutions using the Dell Boomi Atom Sphere platform. This role requires strong technical expertise in integration patterns, API management, and cloud-based architecture, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure integration designs

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Architecture & Design o Define end-to-end integration architecture using Dell Boomi, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

o Select appropriate integration patterns (real-time, batch, event-driven, API-led, etc.) for various business use cases.

o Develop architecture diagrams, interface specifications, and data flow designs.

o Lead and oversee the development of Boomi processes, connectors, and APIs.

o Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring frameworks.

o Ensure optimal usage of Boomi Atom/Molecule/Atom Cloud deployment models.

o Define Boomi development standards, reusable components, and naming conventions.

o Implement integration security best practices, including authentication, encryption, and compliance requirements.

o Oversee version control, CI/CD pipelines, and environment management for Boomi deployments.

• Collaboration & Leadership o Work closely with business analysts, enterprise architects, and development teams to deliver integration projects. o Provide technical guidance and mentorship to integration developers. o Engage with stakeholders to validate architecture and ensure alignment with business goals.

Required Skills & Experience

o Strong expertise in Dell Boomi Atom Sphere platform, Boomi Flow, Boomi API Management, and Master Data Hub.

o Proficiency in integration protocols (REST, SOAP, FTP/SFTP, JDBC, OData, MQ, etc.).

o Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid cloud integrations. o Solid understanding of data formats (JSON, XML, CSV, EDI, etc.) and data transformation/mapping. o Knowledge of security standards (OAuth2, JWT, SAML, TLS/SSL, etc.).

o Familiarity with enterprise applications (SAP, Salesforce, Net Suite, Workday, Oracle, etc.).

• Architecture & Design: o Experience creating high-level and low-level integration design documents.

o Strong understanding of microservices and API-first architecture.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
