Senior Business Intelligence Developer

We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with strong expertise in Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports. The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights that drive strategic decision‑making across the organization.

• Design, develop, and deploy BI solutions using Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations.
• Optimize dashboards for performance, scalability, and usability.
• Integrate data from multiple sources (databases, APIs, cloud platforms) into BI tools.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across reporting solutions.
• Conduct troubleshooting, performance tuning, and ongoing support for BI applications.
• Provide training and documentation to end‑users for self‑service analytics.
• Proven experience with Spotfire, Tableau, and Power BI (advanced dashboard creation, DAX, calculated fields, scripting).
• Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and data warehousing concepts.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) is a plus.
• Ability to work with large datasets and optimize queries for performance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in BI development or data analytics roles.
