Business Support Analyst

Job Description

A client of Insight Global will hire a Business Support Analyst who will assist in managing a wide range of departmental operations and administrative activities. This individual will support staff management, departmental events, special projects, and strategic planning initiatives while ensuring data integrity, compliance, and operational efficiency through analysis and reporting. They will provide comprehensive administrative support to the division head and direct reports, coordinate complex projects and presentations with internal and external stakeholders, and manage logistics for meetings, travel, expense reporting, and space planning.

In this role, the Business Support Analyst will create and deliver reports on key performance indicators and compliance metrics to hold the division accountable for defined targets. They will source, coordinate, and manage off-site and special events, maintain accurate documentation, and perform other duties as assigned. Additionally, they will fine-tune scripts and configurations using SQL, Python, or Java to generate business reports and dashboards that support operational decision-making.

• Proficiency in either SQL, Python, or Java
