Finance Data & Reporting Specialist

Adaptive Solutions Group is seeking a Finance Data & Reporting Specialist to join our team. This professional will help drive data-driven improvements within Finance operations by developing automated reporting solutions and supporting business intelligence initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience with data visualization tools, report writing, and process automation.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and develop business cases for automated reporting solutions.
• Partner with data and product teams to prioritize and deliver enhancements to reporting and analytics capabilities.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities using continuous improvement methodologies.
• Conduct business and data analysis to uncover insights that support more efficient decision-making.
• Support data quality, governance, and issue management by providing insights and tools to maintain accurate and reliable data.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with report and query languages such as SQL or DAX.
• Proficiency in reporting platforms such as Power BI.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Background in Finance or Data Analytics within a corporate environment.
