• Build and maintain long-term relationships with Information Technology candidates
• Second level screening of pre-qualified IT candidates
• Review candidates, submit qualified candidates to clients

• 2+ years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience
• Experience with IT staffing solutions for defined, project-based work
• Client Service focus and solution orientation with a sense of urgency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Office 365 and Excel
• Must be able to manage and resolve complex situations while maintaining a team culture that has a high level of responsiveness to its customers
• Exceptional professionalism, strong writing and editing skills, and the ability to quickly understand complex service areas and departments
• Must be able to wear "all hats" related to recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interface with clients
• Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and networks

• Industry or like industry experience – consulting, IT, professional services
