SAP Application Developer Security Clearance

Position: SAP Application Developer with Security Clearance
The SAP Application Developer Lead is responsible for leading the complex business and system analysis, design, coding, and testing.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
Conducting the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations

Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members

Basic Qualifications:

7 + years SAP ECC and S/4

HANA development experience
Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
Ability to align SAP project goals with broader business objectives, ensuring strategic alignment.
Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams.
Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends. Mandatory

In-depth expertise in SAP ABAP, OO ABAP, custom Fiori development, and Business Workflow Project-specific requirements:
Active Secret clearance
No dual citizenship
Based in St. Louis or weekly M-F travel to St. Louis
S/4
