- Consult with customers to configure Service Now Integrations based on best practices
- Design and implement integrations between Service Now and third‑party software platforms
- Develop solutions tailored to user requirements gathered in workshops
- Analyze and improve instance configurations to support future customer needs
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for complex user issues related to Integrations and AI solutions
- Active Security Clearance required
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in configuration/development for complex integration technologies
- At least 2 Service Now mainline CIS certifications
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
- Strong experience with Integration Technologies (REST/SOAP, middleware, LDAP, SSO, etc.)
- Experience with Service Now’s Predictive/Task Intelligence, AI Search, and Virtual Agent
- Knowledge of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI
- Experience with Self-Hosted implementations and/or Domain Separation
- Strong JavaScript skills with practical experience
- Proven team‑building abilities and mentorship experience
